Imerys Mineral - Sundsvall
At Imerys Mineral in Sundsvall, a process that contains crushed marble is heated and is then used in the coating of various paper products, for example cartons. This is a completely new technology.
In Imery's system with process water containing crushed marble for coating various paper products, an electric boiler model EP 600 is used. The electric boiler is adapted for 690V supply voltage.
The process water is heated by a 600kW electric boiler via plate heat exchangers to almost 100°C.
