Chevilly-Larue / L’Hay-les-Roses – District heating plants

At both plants there is a 2km deep dwell from where the customer pump up 70-75°C geothermal water to plate heat exchangers for further distribution to the district heating system supporting three villages. During autumn and spring, they top up the geothermal energy with gas boilers and in winter time when they have the highest energy demand, 4pcs EP 1400 105°C (per plant) is supporting with a 100°C flow temperature.

The boilers on site is EP1400 400V 105°C with 4 bar safety kit (8pcs in two different plants).
