We have heated Sweden for over 40 years

The company was founded in 1975, at the height of the oil crisis, by Berth Nilsson in the small village of Österslöv just north of Kristianstad.
Now, many years later, Värmebaronen is a stable family company with a wide product range and a well founded reputation for quality.

“Not the biggest – but the best”

The company’s philosophy is not to be the biggest on the market but to strive to be the best.
Sweden is still the biggest market but exports are growing steadily every year.

All products are made in Sweden

Värmebaronen is a unique company within the energy industry; all the products in the extensive range are designed and manufactured in Sweden, in their own factory. This creates job opportunities and purchasing power in the region at the same time as having control over production, which benefits quality.

To be able to compete with low priced products from the former Eastern bloc and Asia, Värmebaronen has invested millions of kronor in state of the art machinery. The latest addition is a pipe laser, which is used to manufacture the burner tube for pellet burners in the Viking Bio series.
The positive development of the company has been rewarded with,
for example Dagens Industri´s Gasellpris (Gazelle Prize) awarded to companies with good growth and profitability. Värmebaronen has also won awards for its efforts to develop and manufacture green products.
